How to charge the battery?


*Compatible charging cable: Micro USB cable (included) ; Compatible adapter: 5V/2A (Not included)

* Plug the micro-USB cable into the batteries, then plug the USB cable into the 5V/2A adapter or power bank.

*Please use the 5V/2A charging adapter to charge the batteries, otherwise it may cause the batteries to short circuit.

Why the battery won’t hold the charge ?

*The batteries were only precharged 20%~30% of capacity - Please fully charge the batteries when you get it, new battery can achieve the best performance after experiences 3-5 cycles of charge & discharge.

* The devices need a different voltage or current - Please try to use this battery in other types of devices to check if battery work well.

* The battery was reversed or short-circuit- Please remove the battery from device, charging battery to reactive the batteries.

* The battery is damaged by shipping - Please check if the battery is damaged, bulging, or leaking.If so, please stop using.
