Introduction of key components of Portable power station:
Inverter circuit (DC/AC):
Aluminum Heat Sink: Helps the board dissipate heat
Fan: drives the air flow in the air duct to help dissipate heat
Wound inductance: has been commonly used components rectification
Cylindrical capacitor: a commonly used component for storage and charging
Y capacitor (blue): increased certification requirements
Transformer: reduce AC voltage to DC voltage, or DC low voltage buck-boost
Relay: Commonly used electronic switch, the relay is an automatic switching element with isolation function. When the change of the input quantity in the input circuit reaches the specified value, it is an automatic circuit control device that can cause the controlled electric quantity in the output circuit to undergo a predetermined step change.
Fuse: It is mainly used for fusing. When a large overload current occurs in the circuit, the fuse should cut off the overload current within a specified time to protect the safety of other electronic components in the circuit.
Built-in battery pack BMS protection circuit (BMS):
Resistor: a common component
BMS main IC: the brain of the entire protection board, the source of different action commands after different functions are activated and input
MOS: An electronic switch that mainly controls the overcurrent protection. When the current exceeds the standard, the protection will be disconnected.
Battery type: Ternary lithium battery 20650, Ternary lithium battery 21700, Lithium iron phosphate battery 34189, Lithium iron phosphate battery 32130
Thermistor: It is mainly used in the cell BMS protection system to detect the temperature of the cell, prevent the cell from overheating during operation, and feed back data to the IC in time to make corresponding protection actions
Circuit (DC/DC):
DC-DC refers to DC to DC power supply (Direct Current). It is a device that converts electric energy of one voltage value into electric energy of another voltage value in a DC circuit. For example, a DC voltage (5.0V) can be converted into other DC voltages (1.5V or 12.0V) through a converter, we call this converter a DC-DC converter, or a switching power supply or switching adjustment device. A DC-DC converter is generally composed of a control chip, an inductance coil, a diode, a triode, and a capacitor.
